Binay, Poe, Duterte @ 2016 Philippine Presidential Election

Can you give us your latest prediction on the 2016 Philippine Presidential race?  Is Jejomar Binay still a strong contender? How about Grace Poe? 

Jejomar Binay will still emerge as the next president of the Philippines, from a very controversial result of the 2016 Philippine Presidential election, which will be highly contested by many, and the word that an impeachment will soon follow, resounding, even louder than ever.

Rodrigo Duterte will put in a high result in polls, coming in at 2nd or 3rd place.

Regarding Grace Poe, a Ten of Batons was taken for her in this reading.  She will not win the Presidential post in 2016, much to her disappointment.

The Ace of Swords was the next card picked, indicating that there is truth to the word being spread that a disqualification case is again at work, and will be filed against  Poe if she wins the presidency, just as an impeachment case will be worked out against Binay when he wins the presidency.

Chiz Escudero Prediction: 2016 Vice Presidential Election

Using the Marseilles tarot deck, it is shown that Senator Chiz Escudero will not be successful in the current Philippine Vice Presidential race in spite of the appearance that he is in the lead according to the very recent public surveys.

This is similar to my previous prediction about Senator Escudero, when he chose an inauspicious date to formally launch his VP run which is just a day short of a Mercury retrograde in astrology.  The date chosen by Senator Escudero to start his Philippine VP campaign is also considered to be inauspicious when using the Rosicrucian Law of Cycles, or what is known as the "Saturn Cycle" of esoteric astrology.

Hence, the formal start of his VP campaign did not provide the strong push required to make him the next Vice President of the Philippines, as will be seen in the eve of the Philippine elections in May 2016, surveys notwithstanding.

Psychic Insight: Rodrigo Duterte @ 2016 Presidential Candidacy

Could you please read on developments around Mayor Rodrigo Duterte's presidential candidacy?

There is a good possibility that an offer will come his way in the very near future, but he must work hard to go out and seal it.  Although it is already under his nose, there is still a possibility that he will lose it. 

The cards give an advice that he needs to exhibit concern for other people’s needs in favor of his own. What is lacking now is his connection on the emotional level rather than intellectual.  The cards suggest to be more conscious of the consequences of his actions and their effect on others.

Thank you for having me read again for Fearless Predictions Real Psychics™ and let me see what lies ahead for Congressman Manny Pacquiao.

The opening spreads indicate a battle within Manny to pursue what he believes in versus what the society or tradition dictates.  There is a conflict originating from a higher authoritative figure, and it shows Manny breaking away from the norm and eventually deciding towards what he believes is the right thing to do.  Manny is recently facing challenges fitting into new alliances, but in the near future, he will be able to make good decisions that will help him navigate and carry through.

I sense that Manny has not completely moved on from past losses (Mayweather) and this will still haunt him in the next several months.  Manny, however, has started to shift his efforts towards a change in direction, and feels that while the past has not been completely ironed out, now is the time for a major change.  His long-term political ambition will take priority, and he will be successful in orchestrating his efforts towards this in the next 6 months.

China vs The Philippines @ The Spratly Islands Dispute (Spratlys)

In the next few years, the Philippines' claim to the Spratlys group of islands, which lies just approximately 14 km offshore from Palawan, will be visibly disregarded by the Chinese communist government as the latter strengthens it's hold upon the area by completing its recent military installations and adding more structures like ports, factories, and small settlements in the islands.

This has, in part, happened because while the Spratlys sit within the Philippines' territorial waters, they have been taken for granted by the Philippine government.  The Philippines is waking up to the rude reality that other more powerfully armed countries like China can easily lay claim to the chain of islands with it's vastly rich natural resources.

And this is what is currently happening - the Philippine influence in the area is gradually eroding as China slowly but firmly consolidates it's hold over the area.  It's current diplomatic approach through the UN is proving to be too slow, and ineffective in curbing the 'take over' style of China.  This is a blunt warning that more direct and immediate action should be taken by the Philippine government. 

In the very near future,  the Philippine government will still resort to diplomatic efforts in responding to this encroachment by the Chinese government, as the former makes its diplomatic call louder by bringing it's case across more countries as possible, thus creating international pressure upon China to halt its usurpation of the Spratlys.  In addition to this, the Philippine government will also build up and modernize its armed forces (AFP) to be able to respond to this threat.

The AFP will be prepared, and skirmishes will occur with the chinese armed forces occupying the Spratlys, though much of it will be kept away from public knowledge.  However, bits of these clashes will leak out every now and then to the media and Filipino public.  Apparent in all of these skirmishes is the subtle support of the US military to the AFP.  This starts in the remaining duration of the current administration and continues into the next

These 'secret wars' between the Chinese armed forces occupying the Spratlys and the US-supported AFP, and with other allies like Vietnam who also keeps a claim to the islands, will continue.  Visible diplomatic efforts exerted by all countries concerned for international arbitration on the Spratlys situation, will flourish in the next 4 - 5 years, until the islands are legally divided among all countries laying claim to it.

A foreign woman lawmaker, well known in the international community, will put efforts in helping the Philippine government bolster it's case concerning the spratlys to the international community.

Pres. Aquino's Emergency Power @ Philippine Power Crisis

The nationwide power crisis within this year, as a result of the shortcomings of the people in charge of all the major power plants supplying the electricity needs of the country, will be felt more as the year progresses.

Fortunately,  this will be effectively addressed by the government.

President Aquino's request for emergency powers to expedite the otherwise long legal process to address the power crisis, will be approved by the Senate and Congress.  A woman law maker will be very visible as she argues for the granting of these emergency powers to the President.

It looks like Sen. Sergio Osmeña, Jr. will have his way, as the duration of these emergency powers will extend up to July 2016,  the same time the new power plants are expected to be operational.  Fortunately for the people, the resulting power rate hike will be shouldered mainly by the government, as Congress desires it to be.

The effects of the power crisis will start to be felt this coming summer, although more in the south than in the National Capital Region, and much less in Metro Manila.

By the second half of the year, the rotating black outs will be felt even less as the government begins to effectively address the problem, expedited by the granting of the emergency super powers upon the President.

Who Killed Ninoy Aquino?

Question: After 30 years, would the Ninoy Aquino assassination case be ever solved?

Let's start with the first drawing - I will ask the cards, if there will be a chance to discover the circumstances and if they will find a clear answer about the development of all these:

The Kipper cards:  This drawing is telling you - yes, someone in his close to him was involved in this case, someone with a high standing and who was interested in a good business deal.  Another person helped him, but the cards are showing this person is still in hiding, and for the moment, they cannot find the real principal, who gave the order to do it.  However, there is one person who is very close to the answer and this person will uncover everything step by step.  It is indeed a big puzzle and he/she is missing only some small details to complete the dossier. I cannot tell you when, but it will be ... there is a clear "Yes" in the answer.

Now let's ask the Goddess cards:  Apparently, when Benigno Aquino did not agree to an important matter, the closest friends around him and others, who where involved, held secret meetings and decided to detach from him - and they decided all together how to do it.

Yes, all these will come out in the future, but I cannot tell you how soon.  In my country they say : die sonne bringt es an den tag - that means "one day the sun will show it".

Question: There were suspects as to who have masterminded this tragedy, and the most talked about are the then president Ferdinand Marcos, and another one, Eduardo Cojuangco, Jr., Aquino's brother in law.  Anything about them?

First, I will continue asking the cards what they show about Eduardo:

Kipper cards:  Apparently Eduardo learned about this and he played a small role in it, but not the principal, because the cards are showing, that he was problematic about this, and he discussed it with Aquino's wife.  So apparently, based on the cards, Aquino's wife knew about it as well!  It seems, that everybody had knowledge of it and they let the things rolled forward without doing anything about it, because they were hoping it would benefit them at the end.  They did not expect the worst,  but they did not help either - so they let the things went on that way, and indeed, at the end, they secured their profit.  So, you can say they are guilty in the sense of not helping but instead aiming for what the situation could benefit them.

Now the other person, Ferdinand:

Kipper cards:  Here the cards are showing very clearly, that for this person, it was always very important to be clear and in order - like in military life - organisation, straight to the point.  There was a personality very close to his heart who had big influences in his life.  When she asked something from him, he would try to fulfill her wish, whatever it was.  It was very difficult for him to keep a "good" balance between professional and private life.  Thus, he always had to make choices on what to do to satisfy everyone.  Consequently, he lost the full view and the outcome was catastrophic.

I cannot say which of them is really more guilty, but they all played a role in this big puzzle, and the chain of circumstances ended in this disaster.

The Fallen 44, #SAF44

First of all, I would like to extend my condolences to the families of these brave gentlemen who sacrificed their precious lives for the peace and order situation in our country, and the civilians who lost their lives from the massacre.

As for the deaths of the 44 PNP Special Action Force (SAF) members, it will be the passage of time that will enable the surviving loved ones to move on with their loss,  as the case will not really be resolved to their satisfaction.

This incident will have an adverse effect on President Aquino regarding his image as the Commander in Chief of the PNP as well as the rest of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.  He will be seen as a "hesitant flip-flopping " commander in chief,  as pointed out by former President Fidel V. Ramos.  DILG Secretary Mar Roxas will not be seen as to having handled the case effectively.  This will have a not so good effect on Mar Roxas' 2016 presidential bid.

Negotiations, most of them done in secret, will be started between the Philippine government panel and the people representing Bangsamoro, resulting in the recovery of the firearms, military equipment, and other personal belongings that was taken from the #fallen44.  However, their killers among the MILF and the BIFF will still be free.  And this is why the surviving loved ones of the #fallen44 will see that there was no real resolution of the case.  This will also have a negative effect on the morale of the rest of the PNP community, although they will still tow the line with their duties under their respective commanders.

As to the two alleged terrorists under the US Wanted list, the cards say:

• Yes, Zulkifli Abdhir, otherwise known as Commander Marwan indeed met his demise in the hands of the PNP SAF operatives, contrary to the claims of the MILF.
• Basmit Usman, the second bomb expert pursued by the PNP SAF operatives will eventually be captured late this year, but in Malaysia, not in the Philippines.

The grievances of the surviving relatives of the civilian casualties caught in the cross fire between the PNP SAF, and the MILF, BIFF will be totally missed off by the national government, leaving perhaps local barangay officials to address their concerns.

Finally, the real reason behind this clash or massacre will, unfortunately, never be known to the public.

Senator Grace Poe @ 2016 Presidential Election

Senator Grace Poe will eventually occupy a higher position than her current role in the legislative branch of the Philippine government.  However, this is not happening in 2016, as she herself has often voiced out.

She will continue as a senator into the next administration, still doing a good job in office that will still endear her all the more to the Filipino people.

In 2022 she will become a vice president of the Philippines, along with a new male president of the Republic. And several years from that time she will become a president of the Republic of the Philippines.

Will the 1987 Philippine constitution ever be amended to enable faster economic development for the country?  

The cards answer with a Yes, and it happens during the next administration. A woman law maker will put a major contribution into it.  This will greatly help the Philippine economy grow in the years after the amendments.

Will it be amended to allow President Noynoy to run for Presidency again?

Regarding a charter change to allow Presidential re-run, the cards are clear there will be no amendment on that part of the Constitution during the remainder of President Aquino's term, or during the next administration.

Will the Philippine Freedom of Information Act ever be passed and implemented?

Fortunately, the cards say that the freedom of information act will be passed and put into effect.  However, it's not happening next year, but midway into the next president's term.  Public pressure will be the reason for this to finally happen.

There will also be better implementation of the RH bill next year and into the next administration, although it will be often hampered by supposedly "lack of funding".

Chiz Escudero & Heart Evangelista

The much anticipated wedding of Senator Chiz Escudero to actress Heart Evangelista on Feb 15, 2015, will be a smooth one, with all things going well,  in contrast to that one problem of a conflict of schedule experienced recently in the idyllic venue of Balesin Island in the south.  Due to its isolated location, the wedding will only be attended by the people closest to the couple.

Married Life

What is life going to be like for Heart and Chiz after the wedding?  The first several years would be of fulfillment and happiness, with each one completing the other in ways that neither have experienced,  at least not for a long time.

The couple's parents will begrudgingly accept their marriage, particularly the parents of Heart, making their peace with it.

Heart will lessen showbiz activities to only some select appearances and projects, spending most of her time in being a devoted wife to Chiz.  She will be an adoring mother to their 3 kids, who will follow shortly after the wedding - a boy as first born, followed by a girl, and the last, another boy.

Will Philippine President Noynoy Aquino face criminal charges for Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP)?  

I got a “No” answer.  Charges will not stand.  But there will be a lot of bad comments, scandals, cries of “being unfair”, “crafty”, and even family disputes.  Deceit, infidelity, all kind of unpleasant news.  I-Ching also indicated there are three or four closely related acquaintances involved.

Now, lets go to what many are curious about.

Will President Noynoy Aquino be still up for the wedding bells?  

I can tell that he is currently seeing someone.  President Aquino will eventually tie the knot with someone between 2017-2018, summertime.

Bongbong Marcos' Sons

Perhaps acknowledging the significance of taking on his grandfather's name, Ferdinand Alexander will enter politics when he comes of age; going for a seat in Congress to represent a district associated with his family. He will continue on to become a senator.

Joseph Simon

This middle child of the 3 boys will be the one not to formally enter politics, but will have a very successful law practice and corporate life. With his mother's preference that he and his siblings not formally enter politics, Joseph Simon will do just that.

William Vincent 

The youngest son of Senator Bongbong Marcos will also formally enter politics like his eldest brother. But he will do so at a more even and stable pace. He will start out with local government positions before entering congress.

Besides progressing in each of their own chosen endeavors, each will have many successful businesses.

PDAF Charges and Political Career

Being the 1st of the 3 senators to be denied bail by the Sandiganbayan, Sen. Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. will face a dark period in his life during the next several years of his life.  While still being able to function as a senator even while in detention, Senator Revilla will not be that active as a senator just before 2016, unlike his co accussed and friend, Senator Jinggoy Estrada.

As I have indicated in my earlier predictions for the 2016 Presidential Elections, Sen. Revilla, Jr. will run for president in 2016, even if he is detained in Camp Crame.  But he will lose.  What will follow for him after that is several years in quiet detainment while being visited by family, kin, friends, and supporters.  This will be interspersed with frequent visits to various hospitals, the only times he will be able to leave briefly his detainment, as his team of lawyers continue to battle legally for his freedom.

It will be a few years after the year 2022, when a legal technicality raised on his behalf by political allies, that Bong Revilla Jr. will emerge from his detainment.  He will not anymore pursue politics at this time, leaving it to the younger Revillas.  He will, instead, revive his showbiz career.

The Family

His wife, Congresswoman Lani Mercado, will have her political career severely affected by her husband's being accussed in the Php10 billion pesos pork barrel scam and subsequent detainment.  She will not be able to regain her position as congresswoman of her district in Cavite, nor will she be able to hold any other government positions hereafter.

Facing this impasse due to waning popularity and public mistrust, she will leave it to the younger generation of Revilla's to continue the family's political pursuits.  Thus, through these younger generation of Revilla's, the family will still be a strong political force in the future.

Napoles, Enrile, Estrada, Revilla @ PDAF Scam

Ultimately, the four accused in the Php 10-billion Pork Barrel Scam - business woman Janet Lim Napoles and the three senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada, and  Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr., will ALL be denied bail by the Sandiganbayan.

Janet Lim - Napoles

Being denied bail, Janet Lim-Napoles' fate is also sealed. While her lawyers continue to battle the Sandiganbayan on her behalf, Napoles will be found guilty in the later part of 2015, and will spend the rest of her life serving out her sentence. 

Before the court's verdict is delivered, Napoles will continously be going in-out of the hospital, which is a well known tactic used by those accussed in high profile cases to buy them more time, acting out injuries or illnesses under full media coverage.

The two eldest children of Jenny, namely Jo Christine and James Christopher, who are accused of involvement in the misuse of the Php900 million worth Malampaya fund meant to help victims of typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng, will finally be arrested some time mid next year, and will face trial before the Sandiganbayan for their alleged involvement in said misuse.

Even Jeane Napoles, youngest of the Napoles children who has gained notoriety for alleged lavish lifestyle funded by her mother, will not be spared.  Various charges, including tax evasion, will be filed against her within the next two years.

Senator Juan Ponce Enrile

Even if eventually not being granted bail, because of his advanced age, former Senate President Enrile can be seen as not really having any criminal liability (persons 75 years of age and older considered as not liable to any criminal liability).

This period of time can be regarded as a semi-retirement for him, although now he can already still perform his work as a senator as the 90-day preventive suspension against him has been lifted.

Nonetheless, he will spend what is left of his life under hospital arrest, fighting in the courts of the Sandiganbayan to prove his innocence.

Senator Jinggoy Estrada

After eventually being denied bail, Senator Estrada will still be very much active in the senate now that the 90-day suspension order upon him has been lifted.  He will still fight it out with his team of lawyers before the Sandiganbayan. He will seek re-election as senator but will lose.

During the years of his detainment in the special bungalow made for him in Camp Crame, he will often be going out to hospitals for treatment of various ailments, but will be more or less physically capable to perform his duties as a senator during this time.

Some time midway through the term of the next president, some technicality of the law will be discovered by political allies and used on his behalf.  As as a result, Jinggoy Estrada will be a free man here onwards to pursue his political goals.
