With Makati City Mayor Junjun's Binay stepping down from his post following the suspension from the Office of the Ombudsman, I made a quick check and this is what the cards are telling me:

The Court of Appeals will still grant a TRO favoring Mayor Junjun Binay within the month.

Mayor Binay, therefore, will come back to continue his tenure as Makati City Mayor.

Vice President Jejomar Binay’s Resignation

The resignation of VP Jejomar Binay from the Aquino's cabinet has elicited a lot of reactions from various analysts, commentators, opinion mongers, etc.

So, what’s next for ex-VP Jejomar Binay?

Let’s re-check my previous prediction that Jejomar Binay was to secure the 2016 Presidential seat.

As a psychic who merely states what is shown by divinatory tarot cards, what I see is that Binay will take on a more open and aggressive stance on bolstering his bid for the 2016 presidency, even to the point of, alas, directly attacking Pnoy's administration, former fellow cabinet members, members of the incumbent LP, and his detractors plus other rivals for the 16th seat of the Philippine Presidency.  We will see the return of the aggressive Jejomar Binay during the remaining part of 2015.  His unpredictability will also resurface as he will regain the lead on public surveys about who is best to succeed President Aquino.

As for all the corruption allegations against him, months will pass by and come October 2015 when all those who will run for public office from the local government to the national government would be officially filing for their candidacy,  there would still be no formal charges brought up against the already campaigning Binay.  This will continue throughout the campaign period straight to the national elections, with only the already known corruption allegations thrown against him and no formal filing of charges still.

And at this point, the cards still say that, as I had previously predicted  in October 2014, ex-VP Jejomar Binay will still go on to win the presidency in the 2016 national elections, becoming the 16th president of the Republic of the Philippines.  

Anyway, whether ex-VP Jejomar Binay wins the 2016 Philippine presidency or not, the truth is that the national leader of a country is merely the mirror of the predominant tendencies of the people he presides over.  This is always the case, no exceptions.  A country always gets the leader it deserves.  So if ex-VP Jejomar Binay becomes the 16th president of the Republic of the Philippines, then it will be so merely because the Filipino people will deserve him to be their president, reflecting their predominant tendencies back towards them.

MRT/LRT & Metro Manila Traffic

The snail's pace traffic along EDSA and the MRT/LRT predicament where commuters struggle against each other to squeeze themselves into the trains, plus the other myriad mechanical problems besetting MRT/LRT that makes riding them a daily considerable risk to life and limb - may never be resolved to our complete satisfaction.

However, I see that a significant improvement will eventually come to our relief in the 1st three years of the next administration. A more systematic and pragmatic solution to this dilemma will be installed, a lot better than the previous efforts that are at best, cosmetic patches to this worsening problem.

Three public figures will be most noticeable in the ongoing resolution to this traffic/MRT/LRT problem in the next three years, earning the praises of the people.  I see two men: one trim, going towards having a slim built, and fair complexion; and another one possessing a broad built and tending towards being moreno.  One fair complexioned, short and trim woman, will be the most prominent of these three officials.

2016 Philippine Presidential Election Prediction: Jejomar Binay, Grace Poe, or Mar Roxas?

Who among these 3 do you predict as the next President of the Philippines? Jejomar Binay, Grace Poe, or Mar Roxas?  Or none of them?

Out of the three names that were mentioned to me the highest chances of winning for the presidential elections will be for Mr. Jejomar "Jojo" Binay, Sr.

When I see Mr. Jejomar "Jojo" Binay, I sense a great experience with the power of those who are all around him like a combination of wisdom, power and prosperity of the country.  According to my prediction, he is supposed to be the next president of Philippines, and a speedy progress of the country is seen.  Also, an asset like him are rarely found, and is made to build strong foundations for the future generations also.  The rest of the options given to me were too dim in front of his brightness and shine.  I saw a great 2016 for him.  He will also need to take care of his health in the month of October 2015.

As for now we all expect of many more candidates for filing the nominations and here I see a wild card entry kind of a situation also, there will be a strong man with a reputation of a "Dirty Harry" which as assumed by Fearless Prediction, could be Rodrigo Duterte.

Rodrigo Duterte as I see will have to be a tough competition if he files a nomination, however he could be the president in the distant future for Philippines, he as I see, is the man who will practically remove corruption from the Philippines, and has the potential to create a new era.  Also in my Easter prediction for Philippines, I had mentioned a corruption Free Philippines.

Will There Be A Pacquiao - Mayweather Rematch?

This is going to be tough for the judges but the islands between Australia (including) and China to be in the top choices, and also Brazil.

But I see a beautiful woman from the East, with alphabet "A" attached to her, has a great scope as mentioned earlier, in some controversy at some time but that will be in her favor and will have a chance to win, with her being soft spoken and winner of hearts.

Philippines Typhoon Chedeng "Maysak", Earthquakes

Early Typhoon Season

Super typhoon Chedeng (international name 'Maysak' ) will be weaker (as reported on newspapers) when it finally makes land fall in Luzon.  However, it will still cause considerable damage in property and loss of lives.  There will also be flooding in many areas.

After Chedeng leaves the Philippines, it will shortly be followed by another typhoon hitting the country.  In fact this summer 2015 will not feel like summer at all,  but the too-early start of the typhoon period in the country, as two or more typhoons follow right after Chedeng.  These typhoons will not be of super typhoon strength, but will also cause considerable damage to property and loss of lives.

Earthquake

Aside from the typhoons, an earthquake, comparable to that which struck the south in the Bohol, Bacolod, Cebu area in 2013, will strike in the Southern Tagalog area, and will be felt in Manila.

This earthquake will also cause damage to property but there will be minimal or no loss of life.  It will cause renewed activity in Mayon volcano, which will shortly fizzle out into another soft eruption like that of 2014.

Pres. Aquino's Emergency Power @ Philippine Power Crisis

The nationwide power crisis within this year, as a result of the shortcomings of the people in charge of all the major power plants supplying the electricity needs of the country, will be felt more as the year progresses.

Fortunately,  this will be effectively addressed by the government.

President Aquino's request for emergency powers to expedite the otherwise long legal process to address the power crisis, will be approved by the Senate and Congress.  A woman law maker will be very visible as she argues for the granting of these emergency powers to the President.

It looks like Sen. Sergio Osmeña, Jr. will have his way, as the duration of these emergency powers will extend up to July 2016,  the same time the new power plants are expected to be operational.  Fortunately for the people, the resulting power rate hike will be shouldered mainly by the government, as Congress desires it to be.

The effects of the power crisis will start to be felt this coming summer, although more in the south than in the National Capital Region, and much less in Metro Manila.

By the second half of the year, the rotating black outs will be felt even less as the government begins to effectively address the problem, expedited by the granting of the emergency super powers upon the President.

2016 US Presidential Election

The 45th President of the USA will be a white caucasian male from the Republican political party.  The Republicans will maintain their dominant lead over the Democrats throughout the US electoral campaign period into the 2016 Presidential elections itself.  They will also dominate the US Congress.

Hillary Clinton will not make it as the official presidential nominee of the Democrats; instead a white male candidate would be running with this party.

There will be three contenders for presidential race; besides the male candidates coming from the Democrats and the Republicans, the other contender is an independent male caucasian candidate.

How the US taxpayers' money is distributed/used by the federal government is one of, if not the main, considerations taken by the American public in selecting the next US President.
