There were plans to hold the Miss Earth pageant in Chile in 2006 and in Thailand in 2011, and both were cancelled. Will the Miss Earth pageant planned to be held in Austria this year push through as planned? Will it be successful?
The scheduled 2015 Miss Earth pageant will run as planned, with Austria as the host country. Money matters and other practical issues involved in securing the venue in Austria will be dealt with successfully.
The pageant in Austria will be fairly successful, but not much as compared with previous Miss Earth editions. The marketing for the 2015 pageant will not be as effective as that done past Miss Earth productions. However, the fairly successful holding of the 2015 Miss Earth contest in Austria will bring in more options for staging future productions outside the Philippines.
